7-Day Return Policy

You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it.

To return an item, it must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and invoice
  • Proof of purchase or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can't be returned unless they’re damaged or defective, including:

  • Beauty and personal care items
  • Health products
  • Baby care items
  • Used electronics
  • Products without original packaging

    Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

    If you get a damaged or wrong item:

    • Contact us within 48 hours
    • Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue
      We’ll offer a replacement or refund if approved.

    Return Process

    • Contact us before sending the return.
    • After approval, you’ll get return instructions.
    • Pack the product securely and send it back.

     

    Shipping Charges

    • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
    • If the return is due to a change of mind, you may need to cover return shipping costs.
    • If the item is damaged or defective, we will handle the shipping charges.

    Exchange Policy

    We only offer exchanges for:

    • Defective items
    • Damaged items
    • Wrong items

      Refunds

        • Once we receive your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
        • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method.


          Order Cancellation

          Orders can be canceled only before shipping. After shipment, the order is covered by our return policy.
